Our Story

Warm timber, honest coffee

Ember & Oak began with a simple idea: a corner of Fremantle where good coffee, good pastry and good company slow the day down. We roast locally in small weekly batches, so every cup tastes like it was made for the moment you sat down.

Rustic timber, soft light and the low hum of the grinder — it's the kind of room you don't rush out of. That's rather the point.
